Tinamou

Tinamou is a band that I have cherished, and the friends I have made in them and through them.

Simply put, their music is beautiful, and their lives behind the music are inspirational.

Even though Tinamou is over, I know that each member has a huge future ahead of them, and I look forward to listening to their new creations individually.

This is a song called Carousel from Tinamou’s Last Show at The Artists Cove in Cleveland, Ohio.

Best of blessings to all of Tinamou as they move on.

Humble Home

Got to be one of my new favorite bands. Put a little Bon Iver and Fleet Foxes together, and boom, Humble Home.

I was very pleased to film them playing an acoustic live show at The Artists Cove in Cleveland, Ohio this past weekend. I expect great things from this group.

They are starting their tour today. If you are in NYC, Lexington, KY, Cleveland, or Philadelphia, go to one of their shows! Check out their tour dates here.

If not, check out more of their music here.

Attack Cat

I had the pleasure of filming Attack Cat play an acoustic live show in Cleveland, Ohio at The Artists Cove this past weekend.

Their new single, You Want Me Crazy, is vibrant, upbeat, and fun to listen too.

They both are incredible people and musicians. Check out more of their music here.

WithOut Words … moving against the sex trade

Posted in Uncategorized by Stephen Stonestreet on May 25, 2011

WithOut Words … moving against the sex trade are artists compelled to express the atrocities of the global sex trade through dane artistry. They endeavor to serve as a visible voice for the oppressed and to inform and inspire audiences to take action on behalf of the enslaved. Specifically, they are crafting a collaborative, evening-length production that incorporate dance and theatre, photography and cinematography, narrative, digital media and original music to premier JUNE 2 THRU 5, 2011 at the nationally renowned Cleveland Public Theatre.

I was so blessed to be there in the beginning of creating this project with my sister, Lauren, and friends, Mikaela & Mackenzie. It has been so beautiful to see this project brought into existence and how many incredible things have happened through the process.

If you are in or close to the Cleveland area, PLEASE come out and join me for one of the evenings of this incredible performance by my dear friends and artists. This is the first time that the issue of the sex trade has been presented on stage and it is going to be incredible!

You can buy tickets here.
